FINE LINE WET CHEMICAL ETCHING  of

High precision thin film resistors (Cu, Constantan, Fe-Ni alloys etc.) and etched two dimensional thin film microstructures and micromechanical elements by custom’s demands.

TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS- Process & Equipment Development and Manufacruring

Developement and manufacturing of customs designed automated technological equipment, measuring systems, e.g. automatic photoresist dip-coating system, automaticstrain gauge bridge measuring system, very fast (< 30 sec) p-Vout measuring and evaluating system for pressure transducers (< 3000 bar) etc.

PRESSURE TRANSDUCER

Based upon proven strain gauge technology MikroT has developed a range of precision wide range of pressure transducers which have broad application possibilities from the oil inductry to the diesel auto control systems etc. The transducers have exellent linearity. low hysteresis, broad operating temperature according to the customs requirements.

  • Operating temperature range: -40o C ÷ + 125o C (extreme: +140o C)

PHOTOMASK DESIGN  & MANUFACTURING of


  • reticules and masters for strain gauge, hybrid circuits, thin film resistors, two dimension microstructure manufacturing and

  • Material: Low reflective hard chromium glass mask blanks, thickness: 1.6 and 2.1 mm

  • Manufacruring under FS 209/B Class 100 conditions
